Reconstruction of a house built in 1928
The Lighting Magic team participated in the extensive renovation of a house constructed in 1928, following the architectural design.
For a long time, this architectural monument of the early 20th century served as the residence of notable figures, and now it's under the care of loving and attentive owners who have breathed new life into its walls.
Floor area: 1300 square meters. Project objective: merge the past and the present, delicately and respectfully adapt the old building to the contemporary lifestyle of the owners.
The designers from Lighting Magic assisted in finding and selecting lighting for this Latvian heritage gem. Exceptional masterpieces from renowned global manufacturers adorn the spaces of this "architectural delight.”
Modern, classic, and technical light fixtures were meticulously chosen to match the style, atmosphere, and mood of the interior. A crucial project goal was not only to provide uniform lighting and illumination for essential areas but also to maintain stylistic harmony, accentuate and amplify the designers' concept, and continue the unified symphony of the space.
Numerous meetings were held with the team to review lighting samples, to select models and materials. A meticulous approach was taken, with care and attention to every detail.
We sincerely admire the project's idea and execution. It's incredibly pleasing when architectural monuments find new life and embrace contemporary trends, blending the luxury of a bygone era with the dynamism of the present.
