DELIVERY METHODS AND FEES
In store pick up – free of charge.
- Queensland - fee of $15-50$ for online orders under $500.
- New South Wales - fee of $15-99$ for online orders under $900
- Victoria - fee of $15-99$ for online orders under $900.
- South Australia - fee of $15-99$ for online orders under $900
- Northern Territory - fee of $15-99$ for online orders under $1200
- Western Australia - fee of $15-99$ for online orders under $1200

The price displayed for products on this website represents the total price, including GST.
Prices does not include postage/delivery charges which will depend on the destination and order amount.

You can make a purchase in-store using cash payment or MasterCard, Visa.
PAYMENT BY CARD
You can make a purchase online using your credit card (MasterCard, Visa) with secured and reliable payment systems.
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
You can make a purchase online using bank transfer to the specified account.
DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Your delivery cost will be displayed at checkout, before you complete your order.

You will be notified by email that your order is received and being processed.

We suggest that you have your order delivered to an address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the delivery.

If the delivery address is unattended, our couriers are authorised to leave the goods in a secure place at that address.

If no secure place is found, the courier will leave a card with their contact details so that you arrange another time for delivery.

Depending of product availability in warehouses, delivery in Queensland could take 1-3 business days after order confirmation.

Depending of product availability in warehouses, delivery in other States could take 3-7 working days after order confirmation.

You will be notified by email when goods are dispatched as well as being provided with relevant tracking numbers.

If your product is not in stock you will be notified by email of the delivery terms.

If a stated delivery time is unacceptable to you, you have the option to cancel your order and entitled to full refund.

Special freight is handled individually, in case of need our consultants contacts you after placement of order.

We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver.

We aim to provide you with notice of any delay as soon as reasonably possible.

An order that includes multiple oversize products, which would make your package over 2m (width, height or length) or over 30kgs, or fragile special package no longer qualify for our “Free Delivery” promotion.

Oversize or fragile orders may incur additional charges based on size and shipping destination, but not more than standard postage charges.

Free delivery does not apply to clearance items with special prices or to order with price match offer.
