• Queensland (Metro areas) - fee of $25-50$ for online orders under $500.
• New South Wales  (Metro areas) - fee of $25-99$ for online orders under $900
• Victoria  (Metro areas) - fee of $25-99$ for online orders under $900.
• South Australia (Metro areas) - fee of $25-99$ for online orders under $900
• Northern Territory  (Metro areas) - fee of $25-99$ for online orders under $1200
• Western Australia  (Metro areas) - fee of $25-99$ for online orders under $1200
• An order that includes multiple oversize products, which would make your package over 30.00 kg cubic weight or over 2m (width, height or length), or fragile special package no longer qualify for our “Free Delivery” promotion.

PAYMENT BY CARD

You can make a purchase online using your credit card (MasterCard, Visa) with secured and reliable payment systems.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

You can make a purchase online using bank transfer to the specified account.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Your delivery cost will be displayed at checkout, before you complete your order.
   
2. You will be notified by email that your order is received and being processed.
   
3. We suggest that you have your order delivered to an address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the delivery.
4. If the delivery address is unattended, our couriers are authorised to leave the goods in a secure place at that address.
5. If no secure place is found, the courier will leave a card with their contact details so that you arrange another time for delivery.
6. Depending of product availability in warehouses, delivery in Queensland could take 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
7. Depending of product availability in warehouses, delivery in other States could take 3-7 working days after order confirmation.
8. You will be notified by email when goods are dispatched as well as being provided with relevant tracking numbers.
9. If your product is not in stock you will be notified by email of the delivery terms.
10. If a stated delivery time is unacceptable to you, you have the option to cancel your order and entitled to full refund.
11. Charges are as per the Australia Post calculator on this site.
12. Special freight is handled individually, in case of need our consultants contacts you after placement of order.
13. Tracking numbers and freight information will be provided via email.
14. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll let you know via email.
15. Please note that delivery times are estimates only, actual delivery times may vary depending of the stock availability at supplier warehouse and season.
16. We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver.
17. We aim to provide you with notice of any delay as soon as reasonably possible.

19. Oversize or fragile orders may incur additional charges based on size and shipping destination, but not more than standard postage charges.
20. Free delivery does not apply to clearance items with special prices or to order with price match offer.
21. With care for your satisfaction, we do everything in our power to ensure that your orders arrive as quickly as possible and at the most cost-effective price achievable through our delivery partners.
22. You have the option and can avoid any delivery costs by picking up your products yourself at our showroom or warehouse.
